Title: battery drain

hi the battery on my omega keeps draining,not all the time though.went for a run yesterday done about 60 miles parked up jumped in this morning and batt was almost flat.nothing had been left on,last time was two weeks ago done the same  thing,sat all day at work and started no probs checked voltage charging at 14.12v any ideas.

Get your battery tested at a proper auto sparks.  ;)

Have a good long read of this .... at least twice .. then follow Kevin's instructions.. :)

Also, check terminals for any sign of heating as that could be a loose connection / corrosion which will stop any power getting to the battery even if the voltage is correct... remember voltage = "electrical pressure" .. not "flow" which is current .. :) .. you can have high pressure with no flow .. think thumb over the end of a hose pipe .. :)

or as an old Chief Tiff compared it ....... you can have a p*** without a sh** but you can't have a s**t without a p***  ::) ::) ::) ::)

Are ypu having intermitant central locking problems, ie having to lock it twice because it unlocks itself on tne first atempt?.
