Hi,
Is there any way to change the Multi-information display (type 7571 v) which is located in the instrument panel from German to English?

I would reckon you need a proper Tech II  :-/

I believe MID is via diagnostics equipment only, IIRC.  GID and CID can be down via Settings menu under BC functions
