Just tried to look for an UK update for my Sat Nav (previously I've updated about every 3 years), and it 'appears' that Navteq no longer do UK only, but just an 8 CD European set for £180 ish. Whilst that may be better value for money per Cd, it isn't if you don't plan going abroad. I've sent Navteq a question but was just wondering what other OOFers recent experience is on this?

I believe they look on German ebay for Germans who have no wish to drive to GB & so sell the GB disc separately.  :y :y

As Andy says .. I kept looking and eventually got a disk for £35 posted from Germany to UK ..

This is the saved link I used .. hopefuly it will work for you !!

The only one listed at the moment is pretty expensive IMHO.. :(

They do come up cheaper .....

Yeah, wait till one comes on egay ;)

And for info, despite what Navteq say, you don't need the setup CD. The latest software is on the map CD (the Siemens software hasn't been updated for years)
