car alarm activates after 20 mins after car is locked then car wont start just ticks , sets alarm off when opened manually and with fob, has started again but this keeps happening any suggestions would be appreciated

The car battery may be flat. Drop in voltage probably upsetting the power sounder. Try connecting jump leads then lock & unlock & try to start it.
