Look out for the new Kight Rider featuring a black Mustang GT500 8-)
Die hard fans of the old series maybe dissapointed according to a critic in the states (but hey, what do critic's know ::)) Make your own opinion is what i say :P
I shall look out for it & watch it with interest & remind anyone on here that would like to see it that it's on :y

Showing my age here; but, I used to enjoy the original 'Knight Rider'....I thought that car`s voice sounded a bit (well-erm) 'gay'....`funny for such a blokey-bloke programme ::)
I always thought the series was really only a 'vehicle' for David Hasselhoff`s career (groan) ;D

Trans Am did a special of the 'Firebird' that looked like KITT, they had too withdraw it though because some guy tried to leap off a ramp in it and damaged himself..... he tried to sue them as he said he was sold a 'KITT' and it didn't do the same as the real thing...... Only in America eh!

Yeah ive seen the new one and it is a bit of a dissapointment for anyone who saw the original.
Its not supposed to be a remake of an old series its a continuation type of thing i wont give details as i dont wont to spoil it for anyone :-X
KITT doesnt seem to have that dry witt he used to have but then its a compleatly new car so he will prob have a different personallity.
its worth a watch though.

Ah, I need to get hold of a copy of the movie that aired in the States the other week - if anybody finds a way of getting it can you please PM me the details?
I need it for a mate who has a KITT of his own as payment for work done on my Miggy! He bought an original TransAm a few years ago and had it stripped down and treated then spent a few years rebuilding it as KITT. It's complete except for the voice box.
Amazing car, great fun to ride in though if I was buying a movie car, I'd prefer the Gran Torino from Starsky & Hutch :)

As everyone knows when you have a car you get talking to people & know someone with one etc etc. I know of a few folk having made their Trans-Am's into KITT's, the closest one to me is a bloke in Kilburn & there's one in Derby too.
Don't get me wrong i don't have a KITT nor ever will, but if done properly these can look good & i respect the hours & patients that must go into them.
Still prefer my GTA in standard form (body, not engine ;))
