Title: Trafficmaster button on my Omega?!?
Post by: Arrolman on 02 March 2008, 17:01:00
Hi,

Noticed today that theres a Trafficmaster button next to my steering wheel,  theres a manual in the vehicle handbook for it, but when I press it it comes up on the screen saying 'phne call', nothing else, and as far as I can see theres never been a phone kit fitted?!?

Anyone know why this is?

Cheers,
Iain

I should give you a telephone No to call to subscribe to Traffic Master

So if I phoned and they activated it, it should work? Is it worth it?

Cheers,

Replace the light switch housing for one without the Traffic Master switch & forget about it. ;)

I use mine, £25 per year, gets me out of all sorts of mess, worth every penny for me as I probally use the M25 at least 8 times a week. Works for me.

If you have a Sat NAv with Traffic Alerts... that'll do....   I haven't and personally use mine, it's worth £30 / year to me...

If no noises coming from it, I suspect its partially disconnected. And understandable as well ;D
