Looks like std cheapo tech2 but with a built in usb to serial adpater, so I guess all the normal warnings apply.
The TIS is out of date, and will most likely be a hooky copy (and note that cheapo tech2 cannot interface with TIS like real Tech2 can), and the radio decoders are normally worthless.

Looks similar to the one I was thinking of getting, (started a thread in general help ; tech 2 suitability!) but maybe now I won't bother, seems a waste of money.
