A new house if ill repute has opened in Lancashire....

One of the first clients was a pompous chap with a very heavy local accent.
He was accommodated by one of the lasses....but despite her rustic charms he was unable to 'fully enjoy' his visit.
She was rather annoyed and took his (Ahem!) 'failure', personally; and pointedly asked [size=10](Time for a Peter Kay accent)[/size]; "What`s matter Lad, is tha` im`po`tent?"

"Eeh-Lass", he replied; "`course I`m bloody im`po`tent: I`m Mayor o`Rochdale!"  ;D
