Title: Recomended fault code reader for 1998 MV6?

Ive just done paperclip tests and found 3 fault codes but need to clear them as I think at least 1 is from an old event.
Ive got an ELM327 interface which works on the wifes GM engined Daewoo but not on my 1998 Omega MV6.
Can anyone recommend a reasonable reader/interface which will work and give at least code reading, clearing and possibly sensor data too?
