Is that Read The Facelift Manual, Andy?  ;)

In my case, several pages of instructions can be boiled down to:
1 - set it to auto
2 - dial in a temperature that suits you
 3 - er... that's it!

My car seems to be awkward. That little arm is attached and is moving. Further "testing" would show that I get heat from the feet vents and cold air through the upper passenger side vent, low heat fromthe drivers side upper vent :?

Is it possible that the flap linkage is broke? I assume there is one for each side hence why one side is cold and the other isn't?  As I said it seems to be connected to the motor fine

Each side has a blend flap. It could be that this isn't working (servo/rod/mechanism), or the temp sensors are saying its already too hot that side (set to HI - that overrides sensors)

The problem is that the drivers side is only ever warm, how do I get at the servo that controls the drivers side blend flap?
