Title: Scrapping a car (Lincoln) - not omega
Post by: Shelby on 10 October 2011, 10:38:04
I am looking to scrap a old Peugeot 106 (M Reg, 1.5 diesel) that has come to the end of its useable life.

Does anyone know of a decent scrappy in the Lincoln / Sleaford area?  I am not expecting to go on a world cruise with any money for it, just a bit of cash to put toward another cheap runaround to replace it.

my son scrapped a 1.3 skoda felicia last week. he got £200, though scrappy owed him £30. so really £170. worth taking it in yourself. :y

Thanks for replies, have also spoken to Lincs Rob  ;D

Best bet looks like taking it in myself somewhere, just need to bodge up the frotn pipe on the exhaust (which has broken completely in half) as the nearest one are about 20+ miles away!  Its all taxed, MOT'd etc till the end of October so got a couple of weeks.
