Title: coolant flushing

Is there an easy way to flush and refil the cooling system,most of the problems and solutions seem to cover V6 engines,I seem to be one of the lower class members with a mere 2L CDX and can find very little advice covering such a small engine

Same advice as for v6 I'm afraid - no shortcuts...
