Just told the wife she can get ANYTHING she wants from the ARGOS (http://www.howtobearetronaut.com/2010/12/argos-catalogue-1976/) catalogue!!!  ;D ;D ;D

Car radio cassettes weren't cheap either - £73 for the Motorola ....... 3 years later I had my first wage of £18

Now you wouldnt get out of bed for that  ;) ;D ;D  By god this thread makes me feel old for sure but Wall must be fearing the undertaker is sitting just round the corner tho ;) ;D ;D ;D

 its not the one from "dont drop the coffin" that seemed to be shown on sky 3  every hr on th hr is it  ::) ;D

Hmm. Always fancied learning to fly an Ekranoplan. 8) 340kts a few feet off the surface of the sea. Guessing nappies are a requirement. ;D
