Title: throttle valve clean-up

2.2 elecgance, sometimes flameout when the gear is in D. then I clean-up the throttle, but have no TECh2 to re-programe the computer. now the manintance light is still on and the idling is 850 RPM. someone told me the idling should be 830

 what should I do?
