A bloke at work has an Aston DB7 (I think :-\) Anyway it's a V12. The dealer ship quoted him £thousands just for a spark plug change - was going to do the oil change etc. They say that because it's such a tw@ to do them, they change the individual coils at the same time - hence the cost. It still cost him a couple of £thousand to do the job him self. ??? :o

Will Add those two (Audi A8 & Aston Martin) to my list of cars not to own then ! ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
Audi owners aren't supposed to do any maintainence, lets face it, they are too stupid.
Thats why the A4 owners manual says to take the car to a dealer for a blown bulb ;)
-
Makes me smile how the Omega manual (Page 190 upwards) reckons you can change a headlight bulb (non HID) but the foglight bulb needs to be done by a dealer....
I know which one my hands find easier to change! Though to be fair i've only had HID equipped Facelift Omega's

I've replaced a turbo on a 05 tdi Galaxy today and that wasn't a nice job especially when the drive shaft dropped and caught me just above the left eye, good job there wasn't a swear box about ::)
