Post by: azza_126 on 31 October 2011, 07:20:58
what pannels are interchangeable between models? can you put face lift bumpers on prefacelift or will you need to swop wings and bonet aswell? i was just interested in getting a irmy facelift front bumper but didnt no what i would need to do to get it to fit a pre facelift.

Bonnet and lights will be needed too iirc, and maybe scuttle to reposition washer jets depending which you have (some have cut outs)

pre, mini, facelift...each step improved safety, so can be retrofitted....but probably shouldnt go backwards for insurance / safety reasons.

later facelifts have active head restraints too, noticed that on the 3.2, don't have it on any of our other facelifts.

The seats are not interchangable between the 3 different eras, without loosing fundamental safety and heating.
