Through the Auspices of this fantastic Forum I would like to Publicly thank tunnie for 'stepping up to the plate' on my behalf and sorting out my Satellite TV installation problem :y He has done a fantastic job out of the kindness of his heart and although he knows how grateful myself and swmbo are for his sterling work, I feel it needs to be made 'Public' here :y
By it's very nature, the OOF has it's highs and lows of human nature, but in this instance 'The OOF Spirit' is alive and very well indeed and this Member has definately set another 'high' point! Well Done Mark, and Thankyou once again :y

I went around the houses a bit internally, before I decided to just spam the Head of Department ;D
I'll see if I can get anything in way of compensation :)
In Sky's defence the install engineers are outsourced, so you get good ones and bad ones. I'll be mentioning it when I get the chance that we need to make sure they all do a competent job, I was happy with my install. But know many others who were unhappy :(
