For some reason my headunit will not accept the disc magazine, has been working fine since I got the car nearly four weeks ago? :-\

Would that stop the magazine going in?

Ah,maybe not.It would stop it from reading the discs but if the magazine wont actually go in Im guessing at a fault with the mechanism.Having said that,I know break all about them,so hopefully someone who does will be along soon. :y ;D

Strangest thing just happened, sitting in the car listening to the radio, started the car, a strange noise and I lost the radio & power to the instrument panel. Bit of panicking and frantic checking of fuses, I restarted the car and everything was on again and the changer is accepting the magazine again!

CCR2006 models do seem to be a law unto themselves

Not uncommon if you have a fault to remove the power (or it from the dash) give it a thump, wait 5 mins, refit and all to be well again
