Do not get budget tyres. Get a good set of part worns, from a decent manufacturer. Do not get budgets, I know it's hard with money situations etc, but please, don't do budgets. Decent part worns  :y

Don't bother with budget tyres imo, false economy.

My order of preference:

1. Premium tyres
2. Good mid range tyres
3. Part worn tyres of the above, will be as cheap if not cheaper than new budgets.

Totally agree but mot is looming and currently running 2 winter tyres and rear sliks been keeping an eye out for good set of tyres even with alloys but few and far between car is hardly used to be honest so no high miles being done
