in a country full of druggy's, drug dealers, yobs, burglars and so on the government want to set aside millions to introduce road charging, why ? cos we're easier to catch than any criminals, lets all move to spain  ;)

Signed. For all the good it will do. I'm undecided whether the satisfaction of spleen venting in these petitions more or less than makes up for the reply that I'll no doubt recieve once the petition has ended, saying that I am sadly misguided, nanny state knows what's good for me and I should apply the vaseline and bend over like a good boy.  >:(

Ive just been working out how to afford the road tax , then the postman delivers my road tax exemption form . Result first time Ive smiled all week :y :y :y
