can you imagine the police driving about in no.11 ;D

I work just down the road from Hampshire Constabulary's training centre in Hamble. As I go home I pass the trainees comng back from a day on the roads and the Skoda seems to be the weapon of choice. Often 2 or 3. All black. Easy to spot on the roads - just count the ariels..
Surry used to have a green mk1 Scooby WRX that they used for chasing bikes but I think it's gone now.
I seem to remember a story about all the remaining MV6s being bought up when Vx stopped making them too.

Where are the Omegas then?
We never had them in Durham Plods area, they reckoned the electrical system wasn't up to all the extra plod equipment, didn't seem to bother the Met / Thames Valley etc.

No, but we did have the Allegro :(
-
how can they have a top 10 and not include a
vauxhall senator or a sapphire cosworth :(

.....and the Lotus was only ever a demo car (Was at a motorshow I seem to recall) it was never a real police car.
SD1's Senator's and Omega's where all stockpiled at the end of production by various forces so they must have rated them!
