Title: STOLEN!! HELP NEEDED

I posted recently and discovered my clutch was damaged. I removed the clutch last week and ordered a new one. Went to fit the new clutch only to discover the scrap metal gypsies have pinched both my front downpipes/cats! So i have my new clutch fitted now but no exhaust system...i need the front pipes (ideally) 2 lambda sensors and the brackets that connect each downpipe to the rear of the gearbox. My car is a 2000 V6 Estate Car 2.5l...can anyone help please as the costs are running away with it if i have to buy new.  Paul

Someone may have some, but expect to pay around £70 each iirc im afraid, they are worth very good money scrap.

Hi,

As you can tell, I'm in Lincs also. A pal of mine is about to break a '99 2.5 V6 saloon - but I would imagine that the front down pipes are the same as an estate.

If you interested then PM me and I'll give you his details.

You will need to be quick though as the cats will be cut off and weighted in on tuesday.

He does run a business so you will have to pay for the cats - but I'd imagine that the pipes etc would be included. The car is located in central Lincoln.

You shouldn't have to  :-\, but might be worth a call to your local scrap merchant. They may have some in stock... >:( :-X

i,d check with local scrap merchants & just check. you may just spot them.
