Title: Am I mad!!!

Yes another newbie hear saying hello and now the proud owner of my first 3 litre Omega estate. Its a car I have always admired and I wasn't really planning on buying this one in particular it just happened hence why I am wondering about my own sanity!!!

Well the car itself has been sat tucked away for 8 years and although the previous assured me it did run there is no noise coming from the fuel pump. I checked the fuses and the relays but I haven't spotted anything as yet so fingers crossed when I get a better look at it at the weekend. Just hope its not something stupid like the immobilser stopping everything as I am clueless on this.

The only other thing of note is the tailgate is jammed shut so goodness knows how I can get that open but apart from that it looks quite tidy.

So I look forwar to chatiing to you all and I hope someone steers me in the right direction!!! (or drops me off at the nearest looney bin)!!

you show "wiltshire" as your location ...  there are several members in the county, 5 or 6 Swindon and an exceedingly knowledgeable chap down Trowbridge way, so quite abit of help reasonably local :)

as for the tailgate, mine used to stick, a thump near the lock when using the fob and Hey presto! ;D
