Between April 2010 and May 2011 there were three incidents in which firefighters were called to remove a ring stuck on a penis.

Not so long ago, I had a neighbour who stuck his feet to the floorboards of his house....................

Two Fire Engines and ten Firefighters to remove a cockring ?? :o :o :o I'd have thought a bucket of icy water and it'd just fall off.... ::) Maybe the other nine went along for a laugh ;) There's a joke there somewhere, I'm sure ;D ;D ;D

i think you will find the whole crew would have had a laugh at that one..unfortunately these people walk amoungst us...worryingly :y

Maybe they'd been listening to Beyonce's "Put a ring on it" and they really liked it...
And don't ask why I know this, but I believe the idea is they help things stay 'inflated' by stopping the blood from returning.. which is why cold water etc doesn't work - it simply can't go down, so to speak. ;D
