Title: Cruise control indicating light??
Post by: Cookie Monster on 25 November 2011, 21:00:36
Hi Folks
Just surprised myself and managed to retrofit cruise control to my baby .. had to fit the actuating box and all.... it was a fiddly job but i`m pretty pleased with myself haha.
Just one question ... is there a light that should illuminate on the dash when the cruise is in use ??

Well done mate, good job  :y
This was one of the first jobs I did to my car myself in the early days of maintenance guides here!
Anyway, about your question - I don't believe there is any indicator that the CC is in use. I don't recall any on my MFL, nor is there any on my FL. Unless it isn't working of course  :o

You can tell if cruise is set, you don't need your foot on the throttle ........  ;) ;)
