Title: AR 35 identity crisis

Can anybody help, Does it matter if a second hand box has the markings DP or BE, Will an AR35 box fit a 2.5Diesel regardless

Hiya mate.

There is a plate on the box which designates AR35 or AR25.

If fitting a petrol AR35, to a TD, you will need to use the TD bellhousing, not the petrol one (so, use the bellhousing from your old, presumably duff, box)
