Title: alarm going off

got v6 2.5 elite alarm started going off for no reason any ideas any1 disconected battery  and put it back on  as it says under bonnet this mutes the sound but hasnt worked need help

Andy1,

Lots of advice for you to trawl through if you search the site for "alarm " or " powersounder "

It's a right, royal pain but they are famous for it.

You'll need a torx driver and 13mm iirc spanner.
Lift the scuttle drivers side out of the way, unplug a square ish box. (Powersounder unit). Undo the nut holding it in place and throw the unit in the bin!  Put the scuttle back into place and bob's your uncle ;)
