Host the picture at a picture Hosting site ... photobucket or imageshack are both free ....  then link to the photo URL using IMG tags ....

right click on image tag and copy then right click on post and paste :y

when you have the picture URL .. something like

http://imageshack/picture/1234567.jpg

you put that between the IMG tags ... which are [img*] and [/img*] but without the *   so a picture would be

[IMG*]http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/8606/dscf0002bvc0.jpg[/IMG*]

take the 2 * away and you get
