hello i previously bought a 2.5 v6 omega auto and had problems with it misfiring i changed all plugs last night and found that some of the leads were tracking does any body know how to change leads

The dis-pack (combined coil and electronic distributor) is at the back of the N/S cylinder head and a bit of a PITA to get at, but removing the scuttle from under the windscreen makes access a bit better (you have to remove the wiper arms to get it off though) removing the upper inlet plenum also helps.

As always... replace the leads one at a time so you don't get them muddled up.

From memory you can change the leads without taking anything else off, its a bit of a fiddle though.  Most important, as already said, do the leads one at a time, because you cannot see which lead goes where on the coil pack, you have to do it by feel.
