Title: Front fog lights

Hi, i have a 99 astra diesel estate . MOT coming up and my front fog lights dont work , they never have since owning the car for 6 months so im just wondering if its an MOT fail if they dont even if they are fitted ? Looks like someone has tried to fit them but not properly wired them up , thinking should i just take the fog lights out for now if i need to .

Oh good  :y ill get them fixed when the migs sorted ...could be a while  ;D
