Actually they can...

They can force air onto the wheels which does help cool brakes, but if its in the wrong place it'll cause wheel wobble. :(

They are both bad but this one has more taste but not in chrome looks abit neater

Thats over chavved. No good to me, that wouldn't make it 10 meters from my driveway without getting stuck.

How do those front wheels turn without hitting the wings ??? , never seen one as low as that . I doubt they have speed hump issues ;D

Yep photoshopped looking at it again
