Totally free. I rent my flat off housing association. im in a small private block of 12 flats. I do my own work that needs doing as the contractors are shite. I've been here 6 yrs now and decorated twice and other stuff. im the last in the block to have mine done now

 ;D Nice!

When we took mine out we found a bar of laundry soap (I had to ask my mum what it was, as it clearly wasn't face/hand soap!) - not sure they even make that anymore - two shower caps (one used, one not) and several bars of hand soap. Oh, and more dust and fluff than I've ever seen in my life..

Can't believe the difference now i have this new boiler. I've had to turn the setting down to just below no.3. the rads heat in minutes now rather than an hr and with the new rad in the bathroom its like a sauna.  its a worcester 30si. 2 very good fitters as well who did the whole work in just over 3hrs including new valves on all the rds.  :y
