Title: Mig values. Heartbreaking.
Post by: Amigo on 08 January 2012, 21:42:29
Just had my old green 2.5 CD manual dropped back here today. None of it is rough. The interior is gorgeous if you like cream carpets & leather, wooden gear knob & wooden centre dash panel despite rotary non digital heater controls. Still pulls like a train. My first Mig & i attended the first Lakesmeet in it. I sold it to Kate (When i bought the Beastie) who sold it to Chris (forum members).

Now over 5 years on it's sat on my front. £150 to banger race. The engine & manual box will be weighed in because of all the fussy ecu's, sensors, injectors etc. In goes the carb 2.0 pinto

Seems ironic that what started off as groundbreaking expensive technology ends up as a hinderance!

Yep remember  seeing your mig at the lakes meet, it's a crying shame that such a lot of car is worth so little money  :'(
