Any one have an idea what does/did WUDC stand for? Apparently this used to be a water tower ..... but don't know for sure  :-\

Yep it looks like a water tower, it's certainly made a very nice house convertion

Yes it used to be a water tower, it's up near where my uncle used to live on the border of Cow Yead City.

I've only just discovered this road, obviously shut when they put the M61 through & cut it in half, but I bet the residents were dancing in the street when they did!  :y :y :y

Tis a fact Andy, my uncle's bungalow faced the new motorway and was rather dismayed that he only got free double glazing at the front whereas those up the cul-de-sac got it front and rear. No wonder why we referred to him as Uncle Scrooge. ;D ;D
