Anyone know where the cheapest place to get a cambelt kit is? 3.0 MV6 facelift. Thanks Liam

find someone with a trade card who can locate one for you

Autovaux? (5 or 10% discount if you mention the forum)

Ebay can be fine.
Search for timing belt and make sure it's a full kit and a good make (Gates or Contitech).

got mine recently from vauxhall spares centre (romford) via ebay,£70 for a gates kit, which i thought was reasonable.

yes it was the full kit, brand new.i think if you get one from vx the belt doesnt have any marking on it which makes the job more awkward.i was meant to be changing mine this weekend but not having a garage ive cancelled due to the weather forecast. :( btw, have you got the cambelt change dvd ?......v.s.p. romford phone no. 01708 384720 :y

I believe VX have started printing the marks on the belts again, think MDTM remarked about it at the Telford meet.
