I nearly ran up the arse of a silver facelift saloon near Headington on Friday night  :-[, driver wasn't accelerating as quick as I thought he was  :-[

If it was any member, sorry if I got a bit close.

lol Jamie,   NO ONE accelerates the way YOU think they should  :y

;)   (i've had much the same experience though , all too often......    i have this theory that joining  a major route froma slip road requires the use of the loud pedal in copious quantities.....   braking to almost a standstill is NOT the way to join faster moving traffic IMHO  )

I agree Max. Hesitancy at slip roads is far more dangerous imo. If you're accelerating up to NSL before you've even joined people WILL move over for you and if there's a dodgy b*stard that doesn't you're doing enough speed to get in front or slot nicely behind!  :y

Out and about all over the place today (200 miles) on the car hunt. Talking of entry slips London Colney anti-clock entrance on to M25 is interesting at the moment. The slip road from the roundabout into the contra-flow (50mph limit) can't be more than 100 metres long and you're blind spotted from seeing anything on the motorway until the last 30-40 metres. Floor it and hope :D
