Title: speeding in kent ?

anyone been caught by a camera van in kent?...one of the operators is under investigation for fixing lots of speeding offences,apparently many speeding convictions may have to be quashed.  :o

Probably on a bonus (i kid ye not) my bruv is ex plod and he was given targets to reach. And this was years ago'
