I know what it's like sitting at home doing sweet FA Richie, nothing much to do except choose between countless channels of breaktard TV.
I haven't done any kind of site graft (or even domestic come to that) since December 2010, and I won't realistically be anywhere near ready on the physical front until the coming summer at the earliest thanks to another 3 months of chemo being lined up for me to start sometime this month  :(

On the plus side I'm glad to still be breathing instead of sleeping with the worms, and sitting on my arse all day means I get to spend more time with the kids & grandkids and be able to do what I want when I want.

Have a good day bud, and I hope that the rest of 2012 goes the way it has just started for you on the work front  :y

Martian - I know how long this is dragging on for you but at least you are keeping positive ;) As I have said many times, I wish you the very best with the ongoing battle  war :y

This job was going for 18 months but a fire burnt the place down a month before hangover.  millions spent for nothing. but at least it gives me work.

handsome people working on the first floor. ugliest on the ground. so they stick me in the lower basement in the dark so i can't be seen   :( ;D

It's all looking good so far LD (touchwood).

I have been told by both the bowel & liver surgeons that the ops were a success and that they consider me to be free of cancer at this time. The doctor who is overseeing my treatment has decided a short course of chemo is in order just in case there are any traces left that haven't been seen by the scanner or human eye, and if I react in the same way I did when I had the first dose then I'll be more than happy with the side effects as I was quite lucky on that front.
