Yep.. refinery closure, doomsaying news articles, panic induced shortages, profiteering. The natural order of things.

My local Shell had nothing but V-Power at £1.40/L, everything else was sold out.

change in management?  The esso in Tidworth did exactly that but shot itself in the foot when everyone went a few miles down the road to Tescos.

Profiteering because of the problems at coryton refinery in Essex.Deliveries from the refinery were back to normal first thing this morning,so no need for panic buying or prices to shoot up.

I think it is about time the Office of Fair Trading looked at fuel prices from the cost at well heads to oil companies to the final price at the pump. So serious pi** taking of mugs customers is going on at the moment.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

That plant is well past it's sell buy date and the refinery in Grangmouth isn't far behind Croydon as being past it.
