I have Samsung galaxy S2
is it possibile to stream music to nokia handsfree ?

Nokia Bluetooth kits should work with most Bluetooth phones - check with yor kit provider to be certain

Motorola TK30 kit is good.

I also have a Samsung SII and a Nokia CK7W bluetooth interface.

The CK7W supports HFP (hands free profile) for (mono) telephone audio.

AFAIK the CK7W doesn't support HSP (head set profile) which I think would allow stereo audio and voice input.
