Looks very clean.. :y
-
yeah, no dreaded arch rust so seemed rude not to have it lol!
-
Looks nice and straight, changed your mind re a Manual Alex. ;)
-
lol, not so much changed my mind... just thought "opps it i'll buy a good one then play with one thats good to start with"
averaged 26mpg at 80ish on the way back up the motorway lol, good job i dont have to commute far to work *guzzle guzzle*
bloody hell theres a difference between the 2.6's 4.22 diff and the 3.2 diff it was sat at about 2600rpm rather than 3200ish, when it was changing upto 4th up hills at 50ish i didnt think i'd get up hills and it likes 4th haha!
i had a brief look at instantaneous but bose is a pita to use while driving, im not used to it anyway but was doing 32ish on the flat which isnt bad at all
just wants odd bits like new battery as its been stood and brake pads as the fronts are well down lol

Thats just what I always wanted :'(

lol it hadnt been on autotrader that long when i saw it and only ended up goin to look at it as the car i drove 140miles to go look at had been sold even though it was there when i rang earlier that day so went on autotrader seein as we were already out and it was in budget at a stretch.... i didnt want ex plod as ive had an ex plod bottom end go before... i fancied manual so i got better mpg and could drive it hard without cooking the gearbox lol oh well! splash out on the manual bits to swap lol! i prefered having the car i wanted (3.2 saloon) even if it did have the wrong gearbox, on the plus side it was an elite so had all the toys i love - bose, heated seats, the sunblind is good although a bit of a novelty really and the prodrive boot spoiler ;)

That's what you should 've bought instead of the poxy Volvo. :y
...IMO of course. :P
Looks tidy. :)
-
lol oh shhh chris :P
"poxy" volvo made 260bhp as standard with only 2.4 litres and a turbo
omega-y is a 3.2 so its got more cubic capacity...nearly a full litre yet only makes 215ish and 290? nm compared to the volvos 330nm....plus the fact the volvo went to 370bhp and 460+ nm with just a map (2.4 t5 not the 2.3 t5 lol) ...i only buy proper volvos ;)
-
Wrong wheel drive though.
-
lol thats where the R comes in, AWD lol...still not rwd though with gay haldex!
