Title: Astra H fan heating!

A mate was wondering he got his coolant changed (full system flushed)! Its a 07' plate 1.6. So now at idling he gets cool air, but if he revs it (still standstill) gets hot air? So while driving his getting hot air, when stopped at the lights, the temp goes down to cool again? Could this be due to a air lock or more!!

Did they take the stat out and forget to replace it :-\

He didnt remove the stat! His claiming heating was fine before the flush!  :y

Sounds like they have knocked a vac pipe off.
