Got a DB7 1995 'N' very slight misfire, it's the 3.2 Inline 6 Supercharged model any ideas?
You can just about hear it towards the end of the video.

Wip the plugs out, have a look. Or is there a load of gubbins in the way...?
-
Its a petrol engine so standard fault analysis applies :y

Haven't long had it, I'll get under the bonnet tomorrow and pull them out. Not had a chance to have a play, was just concerned that there could be a common fault with it. Hopefully it'll be something simple.

they're "coil-on-plug" - suspect a coil's gone down.
Other than that, they're pretty reliable.
It's just about the same motor as in my XJR

Wasn't the XJR engine of that era a 4.0 supercharged (beast!) rather than a 3.2?
-
tell you what Del, how about you leave it with me, and i'll GET familiar with it :D

Deal, poxy thing is winding me up now, dodgy battery, lacquer peeling on the boot, wheels need a refurb, headlights have gone an odd colour. It's still nice though. Although it's full of wood and switches seriously from a 90's Ford Scorpio. Got a special feel to it though :-*.

Del - I have only had experience of the V12 Aston - but that had a slight missfire when cold, turned out to be a damp ECU that was under the passenger seat/footwell, the connector had furred up.
Hope that helps
Darren,

Darren,
Thanks mate, I'll check that, much appreciated :y

I'll buy one and have it as a garden ornament. Best looking Aston ever, all the latest ones are like its slightly uglier children...
