Title: ncd2013 not reckognising cd changer cassette?

hello,
it was fine lastnight but started car this morning, turned radio on, ejected cd cartridge to swap cd's and cartridge wouldnt eject, saying no cd cartridge on screen or whatever it is, anyway pressed eject to lower flap and flicked cd eject (from cartridge) just to pull it out a bit and then it came out, pushed it back in after swapping cd's and still said no cd cartridge

what does this mean  ???
possibly try disconnecting battery for an hour or so and try again or dead cdc requiring swapping over?

there is a switch in the unit that the cartrage hits, would start there, some times if you push it in a bit they can work. if not pm me local.

I had similar problem the my 2013 in my last Elite.  Everytime I reloaded the CD cartridge it would read "NO CD"

Found that by simply pressing the CDC  button with the curved arrow on it,  on the lower right side of the HU it sorts it.

Can't promise it will work but worth a try. :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\  but worked everytime on my one  :o :o :o :o

i've tried pressing both the cdc eject button and "cdc" button

can somebody get me a pic of the button the cd cartridge presses in the slot with the button highlighted?
