Police were chasing an Omega and caught him up when he had to stop for a level crossing that had gates down. Didn't realise Omega windows were so tough......the copper was repeatedly whacking the drivers door window with his truncheon (oo-er missus) as hard as he could and just couldn't break it! :o Then the nutter in the Omega reversed and nearly crushed the coppers legs between the Omega and police car and took off again. Anyone on here by any chance? ::) ;D

Thanks for straightening that out. :y I heard the narrator say they were chasing an Omega but I thought at the time it didn't look like one. Although to be honest, the pictures were a bit fuzzy anyway so it was difficult to tell.

Believe it or not, it is very difficult to break a car window with a baton. You have to hit it at the right point, which is difficult when the car is moving.
Although when a crim breaks into your car they always manage it in one!

A nut or bolt on the end of a piece of string, a quick conker-type flick and you're in................so I believe.

agreed it was a 2001 156 2.0 cloverleaf but I rewound it as I thought the narrator said omega too. What he actually says is that the interceptors are in the omega. a 2002 MV6 IIRC.
