THE HEATED SEAT ON THE DRIVER SIDE NOT WORKING CAN IT BE FIXED

Theres a tutorial on changing the heating pads/mats .
I would personally make sure the elecrical side of the seat heating is working first as the heating pad/mat removal and changing looks a pain  :-\
