When I had those codes I changed the MAF and after a few starts the light went off.
BUT don't do as I did, make sure you buy a Good genuine branded one.

Now this is strange:
The codes Im getting come up with:
P0170 Fuel trim malfunction (Bank 1)
P0173 Fuel trim malfunction (Bank 2)
Anyone got any ideas. Its been parked up 5 hours now and on starting its still got the EML on >:(

As already said mine had the same and cleared with new MAF

Was typing that as the same time as you Pete :y
Still find that strange thought as Ive had MAF failures on my 3.0 and that had stalling issues and it had its own code, so why is mine running absolutly fine without stalling at all??

Have no idea on that, but I was given good advice even though all mine had was an EML light on, no stalling or poor driving, replaced with cheap MAF that cleared light after about 10 starts, but the MAF has just failed again as was cheap and this time the car does stall and the codes are not their.
