Hi guys and girls,got a bit of a problem and hope someone can help.Yesterday my friend told me my front right parking light was out.So i changed the bulb and changed fuses 23&30 as a mater of cause.But this has not cured it,it seems the left parking light and tail lamp is ok.But only the right tail lamp is working but not the front parking lamp.Could any one point me in the right direction,all help gratefully received.Dean

Hi guys,don't know if this is in the right area.But my screen wash is not working,pull the leaver back the wipers come on but no jet.I have been told it could be simply the fuse but if its not,i need a new motor.Does anyone in the Birmingham area have one,i would be willing to collect.TIA dean BTW fuse 3 10amp is that right

hi guys and girls, just a quickie. should the led come on when you press the fob.i have 2 fobs nether light up and the cl don't work,the answer is probably on hear some where.but any help apreciated

Omega General Help / PAS,ATF.I am a bit confused

Good evening one and all,can someone put me right.I have a 95 3ltr elite.I want to top up the power assisted steering,and the automatic transmission fluid.According to my owners manual there both dexron iii fluid,which i have.But do i just top up from the reservoir on the passenger side in the engine bay.If so to what level do i fill it,on the little black dipstick.Or am i a dipstick ,any help greatly appreciated.Moggy

Good evening one and all,the blind worked yesterday.But today it just goes up a quarter of the way and stops,when you press the button again it goes back to its home position.Has anyone got any ideas.Any help apreciated Moggy .

Hi all,anyone know why when i put the key in to start up.The steering lock wont come off,i have to( jjjjjigle it a bit)as arkwright would say .It seems to be doing this more often,new barrel i assume :-/

Omega General Help / Wishbones or drop links

Hi guys and girls,started to get some knocks and bumps when going over pot holes and speed humps.From the invaluable info on here i guess its wishbones,hear is what i would like to know.I took the car to the guy who does my mot, but i must add he does not know much about omegas.He said the wishbones look ok, but the drop links could do with replacing.What do you guys think shall i just replace the drop links or both.Also how much do you think it will cost to replace both,and can daz or pete whitch ever one does the job.Set up the geometry as wim is a long way from me.As always your thoughts and advice is much apreciated.Moggy :)PS Forgot to add tyre wear inside edge on the front

Omega General Help / coolant disappearing(but don't know where)

Hi guys just a quick question.On Monday this week my coolant check light came on.I took the top off the tank and it was empty,i put in about a liter just to the line on the tank.This morning it was empty again,the thing is no sign of any water on the floor or engine.I even left it running for fifteen minutes when i got to work,looking under the car and in the engine compartment.Its been sound since daz and pete did my cam belt change 18 month's ago.Any advise much apreciated Moggy

Hi all just found a problem with my omega,the screen wash wont work.The windscreen wipers do the set 4 wipes but no screen wash,i have done the obvious filled the screen tank and checked the fuse.But i cant hear the pump working any help much appreciated Dean

Even with heaters on full, only warmish air coming through vents.Also console says check brake light but they are fine,any ideas much apreciated moggy

hi evrybody got a coolant leak problem been brouseing the forum and it could be hbv been to see my local machanic but he is not to ofay with omegs but i trust him does anyone know anywhere near birmingham where i can get this sorted once and for all i dont trust vauxhall any more since they fitted 5 crank and cam shaft sensors before finaly they worked you guys seem to know your stuff all help aprciated ps sorry about the spelling im us
