I'm looking for a set of metric open ended spanners.  I've already got a set of ring spanners which I've had donkey's years, so combo spanners seems a waste - but that's all I can find in the usual places.

Any thoughts?

I'm about to get a new garage floor laid and considering getting a shallow inspection pit set into it - deep enough to lie in when my wife finally does me in I mean when I'm working on the old chap to save the agro of getting him up on stands/ramps.

Does anyone have any experience/advice on dimensions etc?

How does one get a tc card?  Do you have to be genuinely in the trade or can us amateurs get hold of them?
