thats not wot i was calling it,got it out in end,having a rest now got to work tonight so if ill pull the braket up on the transfer pipe it should release out of thermostat housing,cant pull out as the dipstick tube is in the way,just for the record if this needs doing again im not doing it!

A better proposition than elderly executives like Scorpio and Rover 800 and it's almost an affordable alternative to the old BMW 5-Series. It's just a pity that it's not visually more attractive. However, if you're looking for a great car and you don't care what anyone else thinks then this could be just what you're looking for. No-one will dislike your car they simply won't notice it If you need more proof of its credibility as a driving machine, traffic police loved Omega.

the pipes that exit the rear of the plenum,where do thay go,when i removed plenum the other day thay had all gunk in them,just wondered if i could force water down them,or do i have to remove them.

recived parts today if you are reading this andy will post back the other ones when thay turn up,as their is only 2 cam covers on engine i recived to bags with black rubber gaskets,and thier is two in each bag does this mean one on engine and one in cam cover,which thay mate together.
and can admin add the torque wrench to the list of tools in the Maintenance Guide

tried plugging in scanner to my mates veccy 2.5v6 estate think its v reg.the obd connecter is under handbrake,ignition on scanner wont connec to car any iders.

got bored yesterday,tried some runs average was 7.4 secs,took longer if i tried gear changes my self,leave it in drive and sports.
compeared to my citroen relay van that was 18 secs.
